In our house is 16 apartments. All apartments are fully furnished, + WiFi + Climate + balconies + shower + Kitchenette(six apartments without kitchenets).
Apartments accommodate from 3 to 6 persons.

For example, AP No. 202 is one of the six apartments on the second floor of our house. It consists of one bedroom(double bed and 1 single bed), dining room,a kitchenette, one bathroom and 2 balconies. The sofa in the dining room can accommodate 2 persons. And suite 302 is located on the 3rd floor and is blocked from the south by our huge oak tree!

The house is located in a calm village called Stoj, 4 km from Ulcinj and 7km from the beautiful AdaBojana resort. The closest beach is “Safari beach” and is just 500 m away from the house. To reach this great beach and its beautiful wooden restaurant you can take a short cut through our green fields and the marvelous tall trees. The walking to the beach itself is a great amusement for the nature loving people.

The house is also equipt with parking places and play ground for children.

By its position Ulcinj takes the southernmost part of the Adriatic coast, and it is located in the southeastern part of Montenegro. With its southern part Ulcinj streches along 32.7 km along the Adriatic coast, and its eastern part borders with the river Bojana, which forms the natural border between Montenegro and Albania. Ulcinj is located on open sea, opposite the Otrant passage. In the eastern part of Ulcinj there are fields with lakes, swamps, small rivers and long sandy beaches. In the central part of Ulcinj there lies Lake Shas. The area where the town was founded and where it is still developing is hilly, and this area consists of the hill Pinješ (108 m), Mendre (164 m) and Bijela Gora (289 m). Westwards from Ulcinj there is a famous coastal town and the Montenegrin port of Bar. Northwards from Ulcinj there is the coastal mountain Možura (622 m), and behind it there is part of the mountain range Rumija. The highest peak of it is Kozjak (1427 m).

With almost 20 km of beaches, 15 km of which being fine sandy beaches, with over 6000 ha of cultivated land, olive groves with about 88,000 trees, the curing qualities of the sand, of mud and mineral sulfur water, Ulcinj represents a significant economic and touristic potential for the development of all kinds of tourism (ellite, nautical and medical) and agriculture as a comparative branch. The surface of 255 sq km which belongs to Ulcinj with its environment, is a unique example of outstanding beauty: endless sandy beaches, azure-blue sea, the exotic intact nature, a cluster of rivers, lakes, mountains and a lush vegetation.
